Project Description:

•	Requisitioner will order HP products online through SRM with shopping cart approvals to follow current R/3 approval strategy/path then, upon approval, convert to PO in R/3.
•	Utilize as much of the R/3 design as possible such that SRM configuration design and maintenance is kept to a minimum, in particular, with regards to the SRM Organization Structure and Shopping Cart Approvals.
•	Pilot Project to focus on online ordering of HP products but design SRM will be for maximum expansion at our own pace.
•	Installation &amp; setup necessary for both SRM-related software and hardware.
•	Pilot implementation to include development in SRM Workflow, Security, Configuration, and development of documentation for design, support, training.
•	Implement Pilot Project but design and train support personnel for rollout of additional SRM functionality, including but not limited to: EBP, E-Sourcing &amp; Contract Management, Bidding, SUS, Catalog Content Management, Adobe Forms.
